Law Number 14 Year 2005 on Teachers and Lecturers aim to improve national education, both in quality and quantity. This law set the qualifications, competence, and certification as a unified effort to empower teachers. In accordance with the mandate of the law, teacher certification must be done as a process of giving formal evidence given to the teachers and lecturers as professionals. As a teacher educator has been certified, then there is no guarantee to get a decent return, so that teachers can work regarded as professional work, attractive and competitive.
Teacher Certification is a program that is quite appalling world of education.
